We’re thrilled to announce that Very Good Security (VGS) has scored the 28th spot on Growjo’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies in San Francisco 2020. It has been an exciting and rewarding journey for everyone on the VGS team, and we can’t wait to achieve even more growth and innovation in 2021!

Growjo’s algorithm is based on several datasets and includes factors like revenue growth, valuations, current job opening, competitors comparison, leadership team changes, and a host of other growth indicators.

“We’re proud to be acknowledged for the hard work that saw VGS more than double the number of customers we serve in 2020, with data under management growing by more than 1,000% last year as well. In that same time, we added so much new talent to the team—and still have lots of open positions,” said Mahmoud Abdelkader, CEO.

Accompanying VGS on this list of startups are heavy hitters like Figma, Chime, Patreon, and one of our Very Good customers, Brex. We are incredibly proud to be featured in this ranking amongst so many impressive organizations, and we’re excited to see what lies ahead for every company involved.

As one of the only data security companies on this list, we’re happy to bring our innovative data aliasing technology into the larger conversation – and continue to help businesses offload their data security and compliance burden while saving on costs.

And, above all, we can’t wait to continue on our mission to protect the world’s data.
